  My husband and I were excited to try this place because we love Japanese food and the mall is close to our home. Service was ok and the food came out quickly. But the food was terrible. The sodium was high in everything we ordered except the cabbage in the bento box. The Sushi was mushy and tasted old, chicken egg roll was soggy and the flavor was nasty, spring roll was super greasy and it tasted awful.  The dumplings were edible but were super dry n over cooked and the sauce was unbearably salty like it needed to be diluted. The shrimp tempura was stiff as if it was out all day. The soda was good. I gave them 2 stars because maybe we caught them on a off day as it was 8 pm when we stopped in.It's just amazing that they would serve this food to us with a straight face. I am beyond disappointed. Explore other options but don't waste your time here.

  Not only did they not give us wasabi, the california rolls were very poorly made and they didn't put in any cucumbers.
  
  Don't even get me started on the fact that they reduced the portion sizes while they raised prices.

  My first and possibly last visit.
  
  Service was friendly, my order was prepared pretty quickly and my 2 salmon avocado rolls tasted fresh.
  
  My only complaints are:
  1. the price point is higher than what I usually pay, which makes sense because rent in the mall must be much higher than elsewhere
  2. the nori (seaweed) in the sushi roll was a little too chewy.
  
  I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, but I would eat here if I were already in Bergen Town Center and hungry.

  Not the best experience. The cashier gave me the wrong change and when I politely asked her for the correct change, she was not very nice about it. The food wasn't too bad... but not worth it for the price.

  Do not eat here! Rats/Mice! Seriously!
  I was waiting on line and a large gray rat/mouse ran out from the kitchen, under the register, straight towards us on line, and continued out the front. couldn't leave fast enough. Staff didn't seem concerned. Disgusting! Can still picture the gross gray hair, dark eyes, scaly tail!!! Yuck!
